1. What Does a Typical Online Personal Training Session Look Like?
Each online personal training session starts with a 5-minute cardio warm-up, followed by core activation exercises. Depending on your training frequency, we’ll focus on either full-body, lower body, or upper body workouts, combining resistance and weight training with supersets and circuits for a well-rounded workout.
2. How Often Should I Train in an Online Personal Training Program?
To see results, I recommend at least two online personal training sessions per week. This can be adjusted to meet your personal fitness goals.
3. Will You Provide Additional Workouts to Do On My Own?
Yes! After we’ve built some consistency, I’ll send personalized workouts for you to continue on your own between online personal training sessions.
4. Do I Need Weights for Online Personal Training at Home?
For the best results, I recommend having dumbbells and resistance bands. However, we can start with bodyweight exercises, and I’ll provide affordable equipment recommendations after our first session.
